I think you're definitely doing more than enough for the site! Don't overload yourself, though I don't know what else you could do, since you already do a lot.

I would suggest critiques once in awhile, maybe, but those take lots of time.

I'm trying to figure out ways too. The only hole in the floor I could find was the forums, because I hardly socialise in there.
