I decided that as it is becoming fall of 2009 I want to put on a smaller contest aside from the "Grass Contest" I am holding with #SkyAndNatureClub , `uae4u and *ElvenAngelFlyingStar .

This contest is based mostly off of nature photography, however other forms of art are wanted here too. Read on for more information!


Theme Description:

Life and death is meant to be a very large category. This is because there are so many parts to it, there is no end! Nature, life, animals, and so much more! I am open to most of these in any way you want to depict them!

Or make your own idea of Life and Death! Just explain in the description what you think it is and it will be accepted!

R U L E S

Image must be uploaded after January 1, 2009
Image must focus on the theme of Life and Death as explained above
May be any media except (Artistic) Nude and writing. (If you have questions here talk to `TimberClipse )
Description of piece must be edited to include "For the Life and Death Contest" with a link to either the Journal or the news article.
To enter you must have faved the news article!
If you Enter you must be willing to Feature the Winning Peoples Entries in a journal. (Links are fine for non-premium members). This only means pasting 3  works in your journal 1 time! _{If you do not chose to do this at the end, you will be exempt from all further contests from me. It is a nice way to show off others work, it's nice to do!}
Judges may enter for an honorable mention, but not for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place (sorry guys!)


The All given prize
When I say that everyone will be asked to feature the winners works I mean simply look at someone journal, many people feature works. Take a small section of your journal and do the same!

Contest Begins: Now (Submissions accepted form Jan 1 - now)
Contest Will End November 1st. Results will be posted 3 days later in `TimberClipse's journal and a news article!
