Hello!

My name is Zev (aka `TimberClipse or TC). I was introduced to deviantART by a friend and have since that day have fallen in love with deviantART and it's community.

About Zev

Zev is an aspiring Director of Photography (also known as a cinematographer) as well as a Photographer. At only age 16, Zev has already worked on many film sets, as well as on his own films. Zev is experienced as a Gaffer, Grip, Cinematographer, Production Assistant, Editor and Boom Operator. Recently, he was a production assistant on Blondie's Mother music video (Laurent Rejto), and a grip and electric intern on In Our Nature (Brian Savelson) which premiered at SXSW in 2012. Laurent Rejto then invited him back to work on Persephone where he gaffed and lead the G&E team.

Zev has worked on many small film sets in the past including a documentary for the Tonner Doll Company, MasterCard Headquarters in NY, live performances at the Bearsville Theater, and many other locations.

During the summer of 2011, Zev worked through Ellenbogen as first camera on Kingston Now (a TV show on RNN TV), first camera for a live feed of the Hudson Valley Center for Innovation, and as a cameraman for multiple performances at the Bearsville Theater.

Zev has also photographed weddings, and other events.

Zev is currently working on his own film, The Symbol of Peace which is now finished and has been submitted to Film Festivals.

Zev on dA

Zev joined deviantART in 2009 since then, he has become part of the loving community. On December 14, 2011 he was awarded the ` which is awarded to senior members quarterly on deviantART. Then, unexpectedly on May 1, 2012 he was awarded the deviousness award, an award that "...is an accolade which is traditionally handed out on the 1st of every month to one truly outstanding deviant."

Zev has been a part of many groups on deviantART. Some of them do not exist any longer while others have grown and developed through this day. #fella, #DevNews, #devNETWORK, #deviantART-Related, #seniormentors, #dAWishingWell and #StaffAppreciation. In addition, Zev works with many art related groups such as #iLovePhotographyClub, #SkyAndNatureClub, #Unknown-Artists-Club, #dAPN and the group he founded, but no longer runs, #Feature-Club.
